April 5, Skoltech
Joint Workshop on Photonics with the B.I. Stepanov Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus

This workshop is aimed at building new bridges between two world leading institutions — Skoltech and the B. I. Stepanov Institute of Physics in Minsk, Belarus — in the field of photonics. Colleagues from Minsk will present their research in various fields related to the photonics and quantum technologies, including nanostructure physics, condensed matter optics, nonlinear processes, quantum communications and information. Experts from Skoltech will in turn present the relevant on-going research at the institute.

Ample time will be allocated for informal discussions, providing a platform to foster new research collaborations.

The event is organized by Prof. Pavlos Lagoudakis, Vice-President for Photonics and Director of the Center for Photonics Science and Engineering.

Access to the workshop is free of charge; however, registration is mandatory to secure your spot.
