Eye movement to the sides
Gently move your eyes left and right, slowly and easily. After six such movements, pause with your eyes closed for 1 to 2 seconds. Repeat three times.
Circular eye movements
Slowly and gently move your eyes in a big circle. After three rotations in each direction, pause with your eyes closed for 1 to 2 seconds. Repeat three times.
